Hummingbot configuration file

Hi, I want to use hummingbot as its free and I can simply copy config / import config files. I want a strategy in hummingbot that market buys ETHS5X (eth5xshort) then waits for order to finsih and buys the same value of ETH5L (eth5xlong) (only if price is different ) then monitor first to go to say to .6% and sell both then start over. Ive tested this personllay and seems to it might be a good consistent strategy. I want the config file so I can test this out with different percentages
