Gym Booking WhatsApp Chatbot
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I need a lightweight WhatsApp-based chatbot that works as a mini booking platform for multiple gyms. Its primary job is to let members schedule a session, confirm instantly, and nudge them with friendly WhatsApp reminders before they arrive.
Core flows
• Booking: the bot asks for the visitor’s name, contact details, preferred date & time, and the exact class or service they want.
• Confirmation & reminders: all follow-ups travel through WhatsApp messages only—no email or SMS for now.
• Admin view: a simple backend (REST API or Firebase, MySQL, Supabase—your call so long as it’s fast) stores each booking and flags clashes in real time. The architecture should be clean enough for me to add payment hooks or extra gyms later without rewriting everything.
Performance matters more than fancy NLP; rule-based logic or low-code tools such as Twilio, Meta Cloud API, or Dialogflow are fine as long as the response time stays snappy. Please wire things so the gym owner can export bookings to CSV or view them on a small web dashboard.

2. Backend repo and simple schema docs
3. Setup guide so I can redeploy or scale to new gym locations
I’ll test by making sample bookings, editing a timeslot, and checking that the reminder fires at the expected interval. If that passes and the codebase is easy to extend, the project is complete.
