Google Voice chat and automated responses on Facebook Messenger
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am looking for a freelancer who can help me with integrating Google Voice chat and automated responses on Facebook Messenger. The following are the requirements for the project:
Platform: The integration should be done on Google Voice and facebook marketplace messages.
Chatbot Scripts: I need the chatbot scripts to be created from scratch.
Automated Responses: I need 10-20 automated responses for the chatbot.
Goal is to respond to my facebook marketplace messages that I get in response to item that I am selling. I need same thing for google voice text message. If someone text me google voice, what is price of the item, automated response should give the price. I should be able to configure response based on the keyword. I prefer dialogflow but if some other platform is easier to build and then easily configurable later.
If you cannot implement this on facebook marketplace messages due to lack of support from facebook, just bid for google voice text chatbot. I have around 20 questions and responses. AI should match my questions with question that customer asks and if no close match is found, give user option to reword the question again and after that chat should be transferred to real human on diff google voice number.
I only need text chatbot not voice chatbot.
