I would like to do a paired remote session in setting up a Google DialogFlow CX Chat Bot for Customer Service operations and general FAQ operations. More advanced integration would be WebService calls. Concepts to cover would include passing parameters to the flow, passing an intent into the flow, transferring the chat session to a live Twilio Flex agent.
