Website Enhancement Requirements – To Be Implemented by RDC Team via AnyDesk / UltraViewer

Our website is already live on GoDaddy and requires a focused enhancement phase to improve user engagement, lead generation, and overall user experience.

Scope of Work

1. Social Media Integration - Add Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube icons on:
-- Main Banner/Header Section
-- Website Footer
-- Configure each icon with the respective social media profile links.

2. WhatsApp Chat & AI Chatbot
-- Integrate WhatsApp Chat functionality across the website.
-- Implement an AI-powered chatbot capable of answering visitor queries based on the website's training/content data.
-- Ensure chatbot is mobile-friendly and available on all pages.

3. Lead Capture Forms
-- Create a compact enquiry form within the homepage banner.
-- Create an enquiry popup form triggered by user actions/time delay.
-- Route all form submissions to the designated email address.
-- Include fields: Name, Mobile Number, Email ID, Message

4. ROI Calculator - Develop a responsive ROI Calculator with:
-- User input fields
-- Instant calculation and result display
-- Calculation logic will be provided separately.
-- Ensure calculator works seamlessly on desktop and mobile devices.

5. Video Gallery Section
-- Create a dedicated Video Gallery section.
-- Enable easy addition of YouTube video URLs.
-- Display videos in a responsive grid layout.
-- Optimize for mobile and tablet viewing.

6. Testimonials Carousel
-- Design and implement a testimonials slider/carousel.
-- Maintain consistency with the existing website theme and branding.
-- Support multiple testimonials with smooth navigation.

7. Footer Enhancement
-- Update footer information including: Company Address, Quick Links, Contact Details, Copyright Statement
Ensure responsive design and proper mobile display.
