We're looking for a skilled automation expert familiar with GoHighLevel (GHL) to help us streamline our response process for Google Local Service Ads (LSA) leads.

Project Goal:
We want to automatically reply to incoming LSA messages using a chatbot integrated with GHL. The idea is to ensure that every new lead gets an instant, context-appropriate reply without manual intervention.

Project Requirements:
Input Source:

Leads come in through Google Local Service Ads to a GHL-tracked phone number (via call or SMS).
These LSA leads typically include customer name, service requested, and sometimes location.

Workflow:

The message is received in GHL (through SMS or call lead capture).
The message is automatically forwarded to a chatbot or automation sequence.
An opportunity is created in the pipeline.
The bot determines the intent (e.g., grooming request, quote, availability).
It replies with a custom message (based on templates we'll provide or dynamic data like availability, links, etc.).

Technical Needs:

Experience with GoHighLevel workflows, triggers, and automation.
Ability to parse and understand LSA message content.
Integration with a chatbot platform (can be native GHL or a third-party).

Optionally: experience with webhooks, APIs, or Zapier/Make.com if needed to enhance the automation.

Deliverables:

Fully functional automation within GHL.
Proper testing of message flows and response accuracy.
Documentation for any logic used and how we can maintain or update it.
