I need an experienced AI chatbot expert to help me optimize a Chatbase.co AI chatbot. The tool is functioning adequately but needs to be fine-tuned for improved response accuracy, particularly regarding customer service (order) inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and improve the chatbot's response accuracy to customer service inquiries
- Identify and rectify instances of incorrect information being provided
- Enhance the chatbot's ability to handle a variety of customer queries
