Facebook Ad & Support Chatbots

I need two focused Messenger experiences on my Facebook page.

1) Ad bot – Its single job is to target and deliver ads. Once I supply the creative and budget, it should pick the audience, launch the campaign, and keep it running under rules I can adjust from a simple dashboard. The build must use Facebook Marketing API so results show up natively in Ads Manager.

2) Shopping-support bot – This bot will sit in Messenger and answer customer inquiries about products, shipping, and basic order questions. It must communicate through both free-form text and tappable buttons/quick replies so customers can move quickly through FAQ flows.

Tech is up to you (Python, Node.js, ManyChat, Dialogflow, etc.) as long as:
• Source code/webhooks are delivered in full,
• The solution is installed and verified in my Facebook Business account, and
• I receive clear, step-by-step instructions for editing audiences (ad bot) and FAQs (support bot).

Acceptance test: I can trigger a test campaign in Ads Manager within five minutes of pressing “launch,” and I can message the page and see a button-driven FAQ flow without errors. One week of post-deployment bug support is included.
