Expand SalesGPT to include multiple end points & GUI for self service
Budget: $500 – $50,000 USD
We are inviting proposals from proficient Full Stack developers with experience in Langchain and programmable services like Twilio to enhance SalesGPT, an open-source Github Project. The project involves adding multiple end points and a user-friendly GUI for self-service, with a focus on SMS, Email, and Webchat interactions. The unique aspect we are looking for is the development of 1-click integration into multiple CRMs through APIs. Such that the agent can update CRM data, summarize conversations at maximize automation for our end use clients.
Project Requirements:
• Develop multiple end points to facilitate various workflow designs, integrating SMS, Webchat, and email with the core functionality of the original SalesGPT design. These functions should support both inbound and outbound actions, enabling the virtual agent to become a crucial part of various business processes.
• Design and build a minimalist, user-friendly GUI that offers a seamless self-service experience for customers, taking inspiration from fine-tuner.ai and callconnect.ai.
• Incorporate advanced customization options within the GUI, enabling users to personalize their experience and integrate with as many popular CRM platforms as possible, automating agent actions in CRM.
• Demonstrate the AI's ability to summarize interactions with clients, update the CRM accordingly, notate the account, set and execute follow-ups, and escalate to a live agent at the appropriate time.
• Ensure the system can run campaigns on a list in a CRM or even from a CSV file.
Skills and Experience Needed:
• Proficiency in Full Stack development, including programming languages such as Python or Java, and experience with Langchain.
• Extensive experience in API integration and development, with a focus on programmable services like Twilio.
• Knowledge of front-end development, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Prior experience in designing and developing user-friendly interfaces.
• Experience with chatbots and their integration into business processes.
• Ability to deliver high-quality results within agreed deadlines.
We are not setting a specific timeline or budget at this stage. Rather we are providing a broad range since our initial goal is to simply change the open source project end points to an SMS rather than telephone voice conversation to create a MVP and establish proof of concept. On the higher end of that range we would be open to exploring ideas to training custom smaller open source LLM models rather than using CHatGPT as these may offer faster performance and lower cost in the long run. We understand that the broader project will be more complexed, but by leveraging GitHub CO-Pilot and LangChain framework we are hopeful that developers will be able to make rapid progress and keep our cost low.
