DialogFlow chatbot development for SMS responses
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Looking for someone experienced with DialogFlow to help me create a bot to pre-qualify our inbound prospects from our SMS cold marketing. The bot should be able to:
Weed out uninterested parties
Ask prequalifying questions to determine the level of motivation of a prospect
Ask qualification questions to shorten our conversion cycle
Follow up if no response, and send to an agent if the pre-qualification process meets the given criteria.
The SMS platform we're using currently is RooR, and all responses go to our CRM, Podio. We're looking to have the bot work from RooR and only send clients to Podio that pass the qualification process.
