Design conversational Chatbot with multiple logic

1. We need a chatbot which has multiple workflows as per our need.
2. This chatbot will be integrated on our support portal where there are customers, partners, sales people, and trainers
3. The 1st trigger of chatbot should be to ask the person whether they are customers, partners, sales people, or trainers
4. I will give you the workflows
5. The workflows/logics may contain GIFs, Images, triggers, Links and also an option to speak to a human directly.
Pls bid on this project if you have developed a chatbot before. We are not looking to let users integrate via Facebook so no chatbots like Manychat etc.
