Custom Domain & Chatbot Integration
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I run a WordPress theme powered store on app.ebpilot.co.in and already own a custom domain. I need that domain pointed to the site, SSL activated (the platform indicates it is bundled), and the whole shop served securely from the new URL.
Once the domain is live, please install or configure a chatbot whose single purpose is customer support—greeting visitors, handling basic catalogue and order questions, and handing over to email when required. If the AI Ebook Store Builder has a native bot, use it; otherwise recommend and set up a lightweight option that works smoothly with WordPress.
Work that needs doing:
• Update DNS and hosting settings so my domain resolves to the store with no mixed-content issues.
• Confirm the SSL certificate is active and the padlock appears on every page.
• Embed/configure the customer-support chatbot and test its responses.
• Provide a brief hand-over note showing the key settings in case I need to edit them later.
Acceptance criteria: the store must load over HTTPS from my domain on multiple devices, and the bot must answer a few sample questions I will supply at hand-over.
