Core Features Required:
Automated Pre-Sales Chat

Provide real-time answers to common pre-sales queries.

Present and compare our plans with local currency conversion based on the user's location.

Include logic to highlight benefits based on user needs.

OTP, WhatsApp & Email Verification

Verify user identity via OTP (SMS), WhatsApp, or Email during the chat session.

Call Trigger & IVR Integration

If the user selects a "Call Me" or "Talk to Sales" option, trigger an IVR API call to initiate a callback.

Data Storage & Smart Re-engagement

Save all user interactions, verified details, and chat history in the backend.

When a returning user starts a new chat, treat it as a new session but allow backend to track and recognize returning users.

Admin Dashboard (Optional but Preferred)

View and manage chats, user data, and insights.

Filter repeat visitors and analyze chat metrics.

Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in building custom chatbots or chat systems (not just using third-party tools).

Strong backend skills with database design.

Experience with WhatsApp Business API, Email integration, and OTP services.

Familiarity with IVR APIs (e.g., Twilio, Exotel, Knowlarity).

Bonus: Experience integrating with location-based services for currency conversion.
