Create a multi-channel bot using RASA
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I am looking for a skilled developer to create a multi-channel bot using RASA.
Channels: The bot should be available on the website, Facebook Messenger, and WhatsApp.
Functionality: The bot should primarily focus on sales-related tasks.
The bot should be able to call our API's and external API's for answers.
Conversational Flows: I am not sure whether to develop pre-defined conversational flows or start from scratch, so I would appreciate some advice on this matter.
The bot must be able to take a load of upto a minimum 500 concurrent users
The bot must be able to use store all conversations in a database of choice
Clear infrastructure requirement for Azure and AWS needs to spelled out
The bot must be installed in our provided Azure instance
UX needs to be suggested and best UX will be picked
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong knowledge and experience in developing chatbots using RASA
- Familiarity with integrating bots on multiple channels, including website, Facebook Messenger, and WhatsApp
- Expertise in designing and implementing sales-related conversational flows
- Ability to provide guidance and advice on the best approach for conversational flows
