Create A Chatbot With IBM Watson And The Freelancer.com API For Automating Hiring Process

Dear Developer,
I'm looking for somebody who can help me automate the hiring process.
Like, in the meanwhile, I've pretty standardized and powned the hiring process.
Its like, now, me chatting with people and copying and pasting some templates here and there based on some answers, and it feels like me being a robot at the moment.
So, its time to introduce a real-robot, which is more available than me, which I can train and monitor well, so I can focus on the most important aspects of my business which is focussing on directing it and thinking about the future.
You will be responsible for:
Automating the following:
- Job Post creation on the platform
- Buying recruiter upgrade
- Monitoring applicants
- Reaching out to the applicants
- Or replying to message when they reach out to us
- Interviewing the applicants with the interview roadmap that I've built
- Sending them a test assessment link of testgorilla.com
- Pulling back the results from test gorilla by their API
- And the according to that data and the data of the freelancers on the platform we are going to select a few freelancers
- Those we follow up with positive feedback
- The others we follow up with negative feedback
- The ones that we follow up with positive feedback we invite automatically to slack,
- And in slack we connect with the slack API
- So that we can send them an introductory message in slack
- There we will auto create a group chat with the department manager and the freelancer for introduction
- Before all this there will also be a connection between the freelancer.com API and Click up, to push the leads to click up as well, and to communicate with the department heads where nearer for feedback about the applicant selection
- Then after they have done their interview and uploaded transcription of that interview
- We send an automated message in click up to the manager about the status, and they will feed back some info about the ratings they give
- With that information we will select the freelancer, and we will send the positive message
- The ones that don't go through the process , will sent negative feedback
- The ones with positive feedback we will then connect with the onboarding process, and that is where this project ends. Since onboarding process is still bit fuzzy. Hiring is more clear.
