Copilot Agent Topic Creation
Budget: €8 – €30 EUR
The Copilot agent is already live and talking to my custom connector; now I simply need well-structured conversation topics added. The focus is technical support, zeroing in on product setup and configuration—specifically the advanced settings that typically trip users up.
You’ll design and publish the necessary topics directly in Copilot Studio (Power Virtual Agents) so that the bot can:
• Recognise user intent around advanced configuration
• Walk through each setting step-by-step with clear prompts and validation
• Offer context-aware tips, fallback messages and escalation to a live agent when needed
Acceptance criteria
• At least one complete “Advanced Settings” topic with trigger phrases, variables and rich responses
• Flows fully tested against my custom connector—no broken calls or empty returns
• Export of the finished topic (.zip or .json) plus a brief outline of how to expand or modify it later
I’ll give you access to the environment and the connector endpoints; you give me a polished, ready-to-use topic that makes advanced setup effortless for end users.
