Code a server sided, modular telegram bot that runs on whonix - 21/04/2023 14:05 EDT

I am looking for an experienced programmer who can code a server sided, modular telegram webshop bot that needs to run on whonix.
To give a general overview of what I need to be able to do with the bot, here is a superficial list. I need to be able to:
- set product categories
- set products (product name, code, description, price, product picture etc)
- get a daily, comprehensive list of submitted orders, both saved locally on the server and forwarded to telegram accounts set as bot admin in the script. Also every single order should be forwarded with a short notice to admin account as well.
- be able to easily edit all button names, text prompts etc in the script due to resonably modular code (i can read python code to some extend, but cannot code myself. So as long as the code is coherent, I will understand how to edit it for simple things like this).
Furthermore, the bot needs to be able to process and confirm crypto payments via a 3rd party crypto paygate.
