Chrome Extension FAQ Chatbot

I need a Chrome-based chatbot that automatically replies to the routine questions I receive. Its core duty is to recognise frequently asked queries and dispatch formal, well-structured answers without my manual intervention.
The same engine must operate wherever conversations reach me, so the extension has to hook into email threads, social-media inboxes and my website chat widget. A unified FAQ store is preferable; once I update an answer in one place it should immediately apply everywhere.
For acceptance, I will open a test Gmail account, a dummy Facebook page and a staging chat on my site. Typing a sample question such as “What are your opening hours?” should trigger the correct canned response in each channel within two seconds, phrased in a consistent, formal tone. Any unrecognised question should be flagged for manual review rather than answered inaccurately.
