Chatbots & CRM Funnel Setup

My goal is to automate a recurring sales funnel that starts inside chat and ends with a first purchase, then keeps cycling to maximize lifetime value. I already have the funnel steps drafted; what I need now is the tech layer that makes it run smoothly and cheaply.

Here’s what I expect:

• Functional chatbots—one for Telegram and one for Meta (Facebook Messenger / Instagram)—that can welcome new prospects, deliver free content, and nudge them toward the paid offer on a recurring basis.
• Seamless hand-off of every lead and sale event into a CRM. I haven’t locked myself into a platform yet, so you’re free to recommend whichever option keeps running costs low while still giving me clear segmentation, email/SMS follow-ups, and revenue tracking.
• Integration of additional touch-points such as website live chat and VoIP calling so the conversation can move fluidly across channels.
• Automation logic that remembers each user’s position in the funnel and restarts the sequence when the cycle renews.
• A brief technical handover showing how to tweak messages, offers, or timing without breaking the flow.

I need data analysis especially the cohort analysis for recurring models.
