Chatbot for a web

Ho, i would be interested into develope a simple chatbot for being displayed in a web. The purpose of this chatbot is just informative, trying to offer options all the time to avoid too much written inputs (with buttons if possible), to find out which is the information the client is looking for, and at the end the choices, offer as a final answer text + image + link. The chatbot should be in 2 languages and i should be easy to maintain (in terms of cost, technical, add new answers and options). Thats all. Initially i thought about using dialogflow, but i am open to other options.
