Chatbot developer (Google Dialogflow/IBM Watson Assistant)

Chatbot developer needed to build a multi-language (English and Chinese) chatbot using Google Dialogflow/IBM Watson Assistant, and integrate with WhatsApp.
English chatbot prototype is already created (intents and training examples are available). Developer will need to duplicate and enhance Chinese bot, as well as enable seamless choice between English and Chinese language.
Developer will also need to introduce feature to collect users’ feedback and analyse conversations from message logs.
Freelancing project will span 1 month (part-time). Experience in Google Dialogflow/IBM Watson Assistant, and knowledge in Chinese language are preferred. Please share your experience, skills and project(s) when you message to indicate interest!
