Overview
We’re building a next-gen chatbot platform that connects user prompts to structured outputs, tools, or workflows.
We're looking for a skilled backend developer to implement the trigger system that powers these interactions.

Your core task is to set up logic that detects when a user selects a predefined option, looks up a corresponding result from a plugin table (text, URL, or action), delivers the response instantly in the chat, and logs the interaction for analytics.

Responsibilities
Connect the chatbot (Telegram and OpenAI backend) to a structured plugin or solution table (Google Sheets, Notion, or similar)
Build trigger logic to:
• Identify user intent based on keyword or button
• Retrieve and return the corresponding action (text, link, or webhook)
• Optionally trigger a connected Zapier flow or webhook
• Log each execution to a backend (Google Sheets or Notion) with fields:
 • User ID
 • Action Used
 • Timestamp
 • Result

Deliverables
• Functional backend logic for:
 • Trigger detection
 • Action retrieval
 • Message formatting and response delivery
 • Logging usage data
• Clean, modular code (Node.js or Python)
• Minimal setup documentation

Tech Stack
• Node.js or Python
• Telegram Bot API
• Google Sheets or Notion API
• OpenAI (ChatGPT API)
• Zapier (optional)

Ideal Candidate
• Experience building bots, automation workflows, or chat tools
• Comfortable integrating multiple APIs (Telegram, Sheets, Zapier, etc.)
• Able to work quickly and independently
• Understands prompt-based or command-driven chatbot UX
