I already have an account on https://www.chatbase.co/ and need a customer-support chatbot that can confidently answer FAQs and process customer requests without human intervention.
Here is what I need from you:
• Build and train the bot inside my Chatbase workspace using the knowledge base I provide (PDFs, website URLs, or any other content you recommend).
• Configure request-handling flows so the bot can capture customer details, create a ticket or send an email, and confirm next steps to the user.
• Optimise responses for clarity and tone, making sure the bot consistently stays on-brand.
• Supply a concise hand-over guide that shows me how to update the knowledge base, view analytics, and expand functionality. Live-agent handoff isn’t required right now, but please keep the setup flexible so it can be added later.
