ChatGPT Agent for Structured Data - Proof of Concept

I am looking for a skilled freelancer to develop a ChatGPT agent for a proof of concept project. The chat GPT agent should be able to retrieve and analyze data from user supplied CSV files, which are e-commerce in nature. Langchain or similar functions should be utilized.

The ChatGPT interface should be a simple web page with a text input with support for multiple CSV uploads. The questions the user asks of the agent are 'free form', will be up to the user and not pre-determined.

Example questions the user may ask of the agent may include questions such as:
-What is the average order value in December? Follow Up: Great, what about January?
-What is the most popular product sold?
-Build me a cohort analysis chart of the transaction data.
-Where do most of my customers live?

Ideal Skills and Experience:

-Experience working with Python
-Experience working with ChatGPT agents, Langchain, and integrating them with structured data, specifically CSV files
- Proficiency in working with CSV files and extracting relevant data
