Change chatbot on my website from tidio to a better one (read brief )

Hi freelancers,
Ive been using tidio chat app on my website and been using their chatbot to operate automatically if the visitors on my checkout webpage. And the chatbot can collect few details from the visitors on the checkout page. This way Ive been using the chatbot, Now every week they are forcing me to upgrade the plans and I feel like that Im spending alot for a just a chatbot, I need someone who can choose a best non delayed chatbot app and guide me to operate. I was also integrated tidio with mailchimp to use visitors email address for email marketing.
