Build a custom Chatbot

Hi freelancers!
I manage a carport-selling website. I'm going to gather specs for the carport like width, length, height, etc using a chatbot.
So I'm looking for a custom chatbot expert.

Here are example chats.
Bot : What is your zip code?
User: I like ice cream.
Bot : Ice cream is delicious but I need your zip code to start the quoting process.
User: 27000 is my zip code.
Bot : What width are you thinking?
User: 32 x 40
...
