Build a chatbot server

I want to build my server to use chatbots, to send drip campaigns and sequenced messages(and broadcast messages too) to users, on facebook messenger or whatsapp, mainly like services like manychat and chatfuel. I will use it for my business to save the cost of the aforementioned services.
