Build Scalable Support Automation Platform

Budget: ₹75,000 – ₹150,000 INR

I’m embarking on a project to create an in-house automation platform that instantly resolves routine IT helpdesk tickets and, in the long run, can be extended to data-center-level services. The core release must work seamlessly across Windows, macOS, and Linux endpoints while offering three key capabilities from day one:

• Issue ticketing system that auto-classifies incoming requests, triggers workflows, and closes tickets when predefined success checks pass.
• A searchable, AI-assisted knowledge base that suggests fixes before a ticket is even opened.
• Live chat support where a smart bot handles Tier-0/Tier-1 inquiries and hands off to a human only when necessary.

Deliverables I need:
1. Solution architecture diagram outlining components, data flows, and scalability steps toward data-center operations.
2. Proof-of-concept or MVP with the ticketing, knowledge base, and chat modules running on Windows, macOS, and Linux test machines.
3. Source code, configuration files, and deployment scripts (containerised or otherwise) with clear, step-by-step documentation.
4. A brief user guide and admin handbook so my internal team can maintain and extend the platform.

Acceptance criteria: tickets raised from any of the three OS environments should be auto-resolved or escalated within preset SLAs; knowledge-base suggestions must appear in under two seconds; live chat bot accuracy on common helpdesk queries should exceed 80 % in our test set.
