Build an Information Gathering Chatbot
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Overview – We would like to design an information gathering chatbot that should ask the customer questions and provide multiple options, and the user selects one of them. Please see the sample chatbot provided in attachment. The information is then available to the admin to view the responses, the record's date and time, and other user details.
Types of questions –
1. Simple MCQs, e.g. what is your gender? Male or female
2. Picture MCQs – Multiple choices containing image and text combination, e.g. a picture of swimmer – text swimming (please see the video and the attached questions)
3. Video MCQs – Video question, there the chatbot shows a video to the user and asks relevant questions.
The duration of the project – 7 days.
Media attached – image of backend + a sample chatbot
Why you should do this project – This is a small project to start with but will have multiple extensions. Therefore, it is suitable for someone who wants to work on something long term.
