Build Automated WhatsApp Health Service

I’m turning WhatsApp into the front door for a new, product-led health service aimed at everyday consumers. The idea is simple: users opt in once and immediately start receiving a blend of daily tips, weekly newsletters and interactive challenges that cover fitness, nutrition and mental-well-being in one cohesive stream.

Here’s what I need from you:

• Map the end-to-end user journey – from the first opt-in message to milestone-based follow-ups – and translate it into clear, friendly conversational flows.
• Write or curate the actual content so it sounds human, engaging and medically sensible. A fresh tone that motivates without lecturing is key.
• Configure the underlying automation (Twilio, WhatsApp Business API, or any stack you prefer) so messages go out on schedule, tags are updated automatically and replies trigger the right next step.
• Package everything so I can monitor performance, tweak copy on the fly and smoothly scale once we pass the pilot phase.

Success to me means:
1. A live WhatsApp number with the flows running smoothly.
2. At least one month of scheduled daily tips, four weekly digests and a full interactive challenge sequence ready to roll.
3. Clear documentation that lets me maintain or extend the system without developer hand-holding.
