Bot framework chatbot on Wordpress

We have a Bot framework chatbot hosted on public wordpress website. Since it is a public website user credentials are not required to login.
Issue is when a user refresh the page or go to another page chats go away for that session.

We are looking for someone who can help in persisting the chats for the session
