Automated Chat Reply Setup

Incoming messages on my WhatsApp and Telegram channels are getting hard to keep up with, so I want a reliable mechanism that answers for me. The core idea is simple: when a new message lands in either app, a predefined reply should be sent right away. I am still flexible on whether that reply is just a quick line of text, a richer automated template, or even something that can include an attachment—your experience will help me decide the best route.

You may build the solution in Python, Node.js, or any stack you trust, as long as it works smoothly with the official WhatsApp Business API or the Telegram Bot API and can be self-hosted on a small VPS. A clean, well-commented codebase and a brief deployment guide are essential so I can later expand the logic (for example, adding keyword triggers or time-based follow-ups).

• Simple configuration file or dashboard where I set the default reply text
