Arabic Instagram Commerce Chatbot
Budget: $200 – $1,000 USD
I want a fully-automated Arabic-speaking chatbot inside Instagram Direct Messages that talks to shoppers, pulls the right information from my Magento 2 store, and creates cash-on-delivery orders for them. The flow I have in mind is simple: a customer sends a DM, the bot shows the exact product images and specs pulled live from Magento, answers their follow-up questions (even searching the web for basic “how to use” tips when needed), adds the chosen items to the cart on my site, confirms the shipping details, then returns an invoice and order number so the warehouse can pack and ship.
The information the bot must be able to supply is:
• Product details and images
• Order status updates
• Billing information
• Extra guidance on product use when available
All payments remain cash on delivery, so no gateway integration is required—just clear confirmation of the amount owed in the final message. If the bot ever hits something it can’t answer it should seamlessly hand the chat to a human agent without losing the conversation history.
I’m happy with any solid stack (Meta Graph API, Magento 2 REST, Dialogflow, Rasa, etc.) so long as:
• Every customer-facing message is in natural Arabic.
• Product data stays synchronized with my Magento catalog.
• Orders created by the bot appear in Magento exactly like manual orders, with COD selected.
• A short hand-off script to a live agent works inside Instagram.
