In-App Customer Chat Integration

I need all customer conversations to live inside our product, with chat as the only channel. Please plan, build, and hand over a full in-app chat solution that lets visitors or logged-in users message our support team in real time.

Scope
• Add a clean, responsive chat widget to both web and mobile views of our app.
• Provide real-time two-way messaging with typing indicators and basic read receipts.
• Include a lightweight agent dashboard so my team can pick up, tag, and archive threads easily.
• Use a reliable framework—Firebase, Socket.io, Twilio, or a comparable SDK—so maintenance stays simple.
• Deliver thoroughly commented source code, plus a short setup & hand-over guide.
