I'm looking for a proficient developer to create a very simple 13 -18 questions WhatsApp bot flow on Meta Facebook. The bot should facilitate basic interactions regarding job applications and candidate referrals.

Key Tasks:
- Implement a bot flow that caters equally to job applicants and candidate referrers.
- The bot should collect a variety of information from job seekers including personal details, work experience, availability, resume, salary expectations, etc.
- Design the bot to issue follow-up questions after collecting initial information.

Ideal Skills:
- Experience in chatbot development, particularly for WhatsApp or Meta platforms.
- Understanding of recruitment processes to create relevant and engaging bot dialogue.
- Ability to implement a system for follow-up questions based on initial user input.
