Ujet Chatbot Integration for Support

I need help weaving Ujet seamlessly into an existing chat-bot so our customers get faster, smarter assistance without ever leaving the conversation. The immediate targets are:
• Upgrading live-chat handling through Ujet’s real-time capabilities.
• Letting the bot tap Ujet’s AI layer to recognise common queries and suggest accurate replies before a human agent steps in.
Our bot already pulls answers from an internal knowledge base (built on standard REST endpoints), so the integration must respect that architecture—no data silos. I’ll share endpoint docs and authentication keys once we start.
Success looks like this: a user launches chat, Ujet routes the session, the bot offers AI-driven suggestions, and the exchange is logged back to the knowledge base for future tuning. Deliver the code (preferably Node.js or Python), concise setup notes, and a brief walkthrough video so our team can maintain it.
