Chatbot Integration and Postgres Migration

I'm looking to integrate a rule-based chatbot, supported by AI with human fallback, into my sales software. Additionally, I need to migrate the backend to Postgres.

The AI-powered chatbot should handle:
- Customer support
- Product recommendations
- Order tracking
- create orders in the Crm after admin payment confirmation so in this moments the bot receive order and it creates draft order in Shopify then the admin accept the order in earrings button.
The goal is for the backend to cover 75-80% of scenarios in the chat , with AI handling 20-25%.

The chatbot must integrate with:
- E-commerce platform (currently syncing with Shopify, wanting to add WooCommerce and Vtex)
- CRM system

Ideal skills and experience:
- Expertise in chatbot development and integration
- Experience with Postgres migration
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, especially Shopify, WooCommerce, and Vtex
- Strong background in CRM systems integration
Software is almost done just have to train the chat to cover de 75-80% of scenearios to reduce costs

Also is think to the lenguaje be segmented per country v1 - Colombia
