Automated Customer Service Chatbot
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I want to take our customer support to the next level by adding an automated chatbot to our website. The goal is clear: shorten response times and keep visitors engaged 24/7.
Here is what the bot must do from day one:
• Answer frequently asked questions with accurate, friendly replies.
• Guide users through placing an order for our products and services, capturing the data cleanly in our current workflow.
• Provide basic technical troubleshooting so only complex issues reach our human team.
You are free to build with Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, ManyChat, or any modern stack you trust, so long as the final bot:
– Embeds seamlessly in our existing site (WordPress + WooCommerce) without slowing it down.
– Allows easy rule or intent updates from a non-technical admin panel.
– Hands the chat over to a live agent when it detects uncertainty or receives the keyword “operator”.
– Logs every conversation for later analysis and GDPR-compliant opt-in/out handling.
I’ll supply brand tone guidelines and our FAQ list; you handle conversation design, training, testing, and deployment. A short Loom walkthrough and concise setup documentation will be the final sign-off items.
If this sounds like your kind of build, let’s talk timelines and see a quick demo of your previous bot work.
