Custom Site Lead-Gen Chatbot

I have a completed dev build created from Claude as drop in modules.
My goal is to add an on-page interactive chatbot to my custom HTML/CSS site that focuses entirely on lead generation. The bot should welcome visitors, guide them through a conversational flow, and hand me qualified prospects in real time.
Data to capture
• Name and email address
• Phone number and company name
• Product interest and budget
I’m open to your preferred stack—Dialogflow, Botpress, Microsoft Bot Framework, or a lightweight vanilla-JS solution—as long as the final script drops cleanly into my existing codebase and works across modern browsers.
Key expectations
• Conversational logic that feels human, not scripted
• Validation on required fields and graceful fallback if the user skips a question
• JSON or webhook hand-off of captured data so I can pipe it into my CRM/email list
• Clear instructions for embedding, plus any assets or API keys neatly documented
