Automated Delivery App Bot Development

I’m looking to add an automated-response bot to our delivery app so customers can get instant replies without waiting for a live agent. The main interaction it must handle is “Reservar horarios disponibles,” letting users check and lock in an available delivery slot on the spot.

Scope of work
• Connect to the in-app chat or messaging layer of our delivery platform (API and webhook docs will be supplied).
• Detect when a user wants to reserve a time, query our scheduling endpoint, and return the next open slots.
• Confirm the slot once the user selects it, or offer alternatives if it fills up mid-flow.
• Handle simple follow-ups such as order status or delivery updates with predefined templates, and route anything complex to a human agent.
• Include a basic intent-training setup so we can add new phrases later without redeploying code.
• Provide clear deployment instructions and a short README covering setup, environment variables, and how to update response templates.

Tech stack is flexible; past success with Node.js, Python, or similar real-time frameworks is ideal. Clean, well-commented code and concise documentation are the key deliverables.
