We make music servers https://antipodes.audio/ and are looking for someone to respond to customers outside business hours when they have questions. We would want to pay a set amount monthly for this. You would need to learn about out our product and its applications roon, and squeeze. The chat we are using is tidio chat. This job doesn't require too much time and we don't get too many chat requests, but we are wanting to provide outstanding customer service.
