help with get clients for an online project

I want to find/attract clients and help them contact family members and missing people in the United States.

I have been working for some clients, but I am looking to expand, only serious workers and possible clients will be replied.

I am starting with a Twitter profile for this small project, and if I grow I want to build a proper website.
