I handle a steady stream of customer enquiries through WhatsApp and need a freelancer who can jump in and reply almost as soon as a message arrives. The job is purely chat-based: read each incoming text, choose or adapt one of the quick-reply templates I’ll provide, and keep the conversation friendly, clear, and on-brand.
Because we rely on WhatsApp’s own Balasan Cepat feature, you should already be comfortable using WhatsApp Business shortcuts so response times stay under a few minutes. All messages are in Indonesian, with the occasional English question, so solid Indonesian and at least basic reading comprehension in English will help.
