We are seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join us as ‘Chat Support Executives’. This is a full time remote opportunity.
Role Responsibilities:
· Provide live chat support on various social media platforms.
· Engage with customers and provide an appropriate resolution.
· Pitch for sales as per the training provided.
Role Requirements:
· Excellent English communication skills.
· Must have a good internet connection.
· Flexible to work in shifts.
· Candidates with 6 months+ experience in a live support or customer service role will be preferred. However freshers with good communication skills and willing to be trained, will be considered.
