Looking for a chat support VA

Title is self explanatory, I need someone VERY responsive to assist me as a chat support rep in a full time position. Good written English communication is required. If you think you're a good fit please apply. Initial compensation will be $400 and there will be a $100 increment after the first month if you do a good job and quarterly assessments after that. This is a role in which you will be able to grow into a managerial position in a matter of months.
