Patient Records Trend Analysis
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I have a dataset of patient records and I need someone who can dive into it with Excel, uncover the key statistical trends, and present clear, descriptive-statistics insights. PivotTables, functions such as AVERAGE, MEDIAN, STDEV, and well-designed charts will likely be the fastest route, but I’m open to whatever native Excel tools you feel work best.
The goal is a single workbook that:
• cleans or flags any obvious data issues,
• runs the core descriptive statistics, and
• visualises the main findings so they are immediately understandable to non-technical colleagues.
Please keep formulas transparent, avoid locked cells, and add brief in-sheet notes where needed so I can follow your logic. If you have a preferred layout for dashboards, let me know; otherwise, a summary tab plus supporting calculation sheets will be fine. I’ll share a sample slice of the records once we start so you can confirm structure and any prep steps.
