I have a spreadsheet containing patient records and I need a concise statistical snapshot drawn from it. Specifically, I want:
• Descriptive statistics—averages, totals, counts, and percentages—calculated directly in Excel.
• A clear breakdown of age and gender distribution.
• A summary of common medical histories and conditions, grouped so I can quickly see prevalence rates.
A pivot-table-based summary and a few simple charts will be enough for this first pass; no complex modelling is required. Please keep formulas transparent so I can review or adjust them later.
You will receive the raw workbook once we start, and I’d like the completed file returned with your added worksheets clearly labelled.
