Patient Demographics Frequency Analysis

I have a spreadsheet of medical patient-demographic data and I need it explored in Excel to produce clear descriptive statistics—specifically frequency distributions. The workbook already contains the raw records; what’s missing is an easy-to-read summary that shows how often each age group, gender, insurance category and other demographic fields appear.

Here is what I expect back:
• A tidy version of the dataset (duplicates removed, consistent labels).
• One summary sheet with pivot tables and charts that display the requested frequency counts for every demographic variable.
• A short written interpretation inside the workbook (a notes tab is fine) so a non-analyst can grasp the main takeaways at a glance.

Please keep all work inside Excel—formulas, pivot tables, or Power Query are all acceptable methods. No external statistical software is necessary. Deliver the final .xlsx file ready for me to present.
