Microsoft Visio Organizational Chart with Microsoft Excel Data Import

I’m looking for someone to create an Organizational Chart from a Microsoft Excel Data sheet. Approximately 618 Employees. I will need shape data linked to each shape. The order of the shape data will need to be the same as the column headings in the excel spreadsheet. I will need pages synchronized by the three assistant chiefs and platoon 1, platoon 2, and platoon 3. I will need a background on all pages, a header, and two logos inserted (I will provide two logos). Most importantly, I will need to be able to import fresh data and modify the Org chart quarterly without having to redo all the formatting. That is extremely important as we have people move around quite often. Additionally, we will be posting this Org. Chart to our intranet, so all shape data must be correct on all pages. I will provide spreadsheet with data and the logos.
