Medical Stats Excel Analysis

I have an anonymised spreadsheet of patient records and I need a clear, well-organised set of descriptive statistics pulled from it in Excel. The focus is on two metrics:

• Age and gender distribution – basic measures such as mean, median, mode, plus any useful visual summaries (histograms, pie or bar charts).
• Medical conditions prevalence – count and percentage of each diagnosis code or condition appearing in the data.

Everything should stay inside a single workbook: one sheet for the cleaned source, one for the summary tables, and optional sheets for the charts. Please rely on standard Excel features—formulas, Pivot Tables, and, if helpful, Power Query—so that I can refresh the figures when new rows are added.

Deliverable: the finished .xlsx file, fully unlocked, with clear labels and a short note explaining where each statistic comes from.
